Integrity and respect as the base for fulfilling human interactions. Why do so many people love Captain Picard? Throughout endless missions he would always maintain his integrity. Well, we are well aware that it’s not easy to compete with Jean-Luc.
But much like for the famous captain at Laika everything starts with the quality of relationships between people. Respect, reliability, kindness and reflection are the launch pad from which we start our journey together with our clients.
Commitment
It’s commitment that decides each mission’s success. It does not only take expertise and tech know-how, but also diligence and enthusiasm to make a rocket launch a true success. Being driven, persistent and conscientious, takes you further than anyone else. We value this on a personal as well as on a team and client level and ask every single one of us to contribute to the mission to launch into space.
Curiosity
Curiosity über alles. While we all come from different backgrounds, we have one thing in common: Open minds when it comes to big ideas and new ways of thinking. Curiosity is a part of us that we actively work on keeping alive and blooming on every day's mission. Our goal is to explore infinite diversity in infinite combinations.
Humor
Humor gives us an extra boost. This is more of a personal note. Laika was started because with the believe that people who care for their work, each other and others create the best results - while having fun along the way. We love new crew members and clients that bring a little quirkiness to the job, that don’t take themselves too seriously and that don’t get bored about our dad… ehm dog jokes.
