Despite the serious circumstances that bring our two companies together, we are thrilled to join 2811’s mission of educating people about climate change prevention and adaptation measures. We want to support these ambitions—we understand how crucial this is.
Tackling today’s economic, social and ecological challenges
2811 is striving to enable people, organizations, and systems to successfully tackle today’s economic, social and ecological challenges and to evolve into a society that respects and preserves nature’s boundaries. They’re going right to the heart of the matter, by sharing knowledge about sustainability and developing new solutions for everyone on a personal, group, and community level.
Taking into account local characteristics is at the core of 2811’s training programs—helping to support the right people with the right issues. That’s because not all the same aspects have the same priority for everyone. For example, Germans need to learn more about the consequences of their lives, on countries in the global south. While people in Chile, for example, need to learn, above all, how to cope with the effects of climate change, which are already occurring on a regular basis.
Building awareness in Germany
In Germany, we’re supporting 2811 to realize their mission, build a strong brand awareness, and to get as much attention to their training opportunities as possible, such as their Climate Action Camps, their Climate Action Academys, their Climathons, Climatelabs, and their Climate Justice Camps.
Welcome to our new client and quest partner 2811, who is making an important difference in the world. And if we consider their name: May we prevent other 28.11s from occurring on this planet.
