If not, no problem! We proudly announce that we are now communicating for Pealock, the smart lock for sports equipment!

The idea for Pealock was born when founder and former professional ski athlete Marek Vala had his brand new skis stolen. The insurance company did not cover the resulting damage of 800 euros, because the equipment was not locked. This annoyance led to the development of the compact lock, which is connected to the smartphone and starts a loud alarm in an emergency to deter thieves.

In addition to the alarm system, the lock also incorporates a motion sensor, GSM and Bluetooth 5 modules to connect to the app and receive notifications, an LED indicator for lock status, and NFC for locking. Pealock will be available in March 2021 in green, pink and black for an MSRP of 169 euros. A limited edition of the locks will be available from February 2021 and can be pre-ordered for 129 euros on the manufacturer’s website.
